About the event
Join Cathy Peoples, owner of P31 Yoga, at The Ell Hotel for a relaxing yoga practice capped off with a cocktail. This event is for ladies only and will be held outside in our backyard.
Cathy is a certified Holy Yoga instructor specializing in Adaptive, Chair and Trauma Sensitive Yoga. Holy Yoga is a type of yoga that incorporates prayer, meditation and scripture into the poses.
